Where does Claude Export create my files?

Normal exports are built locally in your browser. Review the Privacy guide for the product's data map and the separate Notion connection.

Why is an option asking me to use Pro?

Pro covers advanced formats, bulk exports, custom document controls, redaction, and unrestricted full-conversation work. Trial credits let you test eligible Pro exports first.

I bought Pro but it is not showing yet. What should I do?

Follow the activation guide first. If that does not resolve it, use the license-management link in your purchase email or contact support without sharing your key.
