Open the extension and pick what you need
Click the Claude Export icon in your browser toolbar. Choosing a Pro output such as ZIP package makes the Pro row appear.
Look for The Format dropdown in the extension popup.

Open the Pro dialog
Press the button on the Pro row. It reads Unlock Pro, or Keep Pro while your free trial exports are still available.

Enter the email you bought with
Choose the restore option, then type the email address used at checkout and send the code. No account or password is involved.
Look for The email field in the Pro dialog.

Paste the 6-digit code
Check your inbox for the code, paste it in, and press Activate Pro. The code expires after 10 minutes.
Look for The code field in the Pro dialog.

Confirm the badge reads PRO
The badge beside the popup title changes from FREE to PRO. Pro works on up to three devices; repeat these steps on each one.
Look for The plan badge in the popup header.
